We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

The selected candidates will have the opportunity to market and sell our Unique Concept Based Commercial, Residential and Plotting Projects at very prime locations.

Responsibilities of Sales Executive:

  • Generating inquiries through various marketing tools like website, social media.
  • Schedule site visit for prospective customers, take the visitors to the site tour , explain the site amenities and other advantages.
  • Responsible for follow up, negotiation and closing deals.
  • Maintaining customer database.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base.
  • Report on sales activities to top management.
  • Managing the out station client requirement.
  • Tie up with new Channel Partners.
  • Coordinating with out station/out of country Channel Partner for property lead and closing the deal.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Qualification, Experience, Skills & Abilities:

  • Graduate in any stream.
  • At-least 3 years’ proven work experience in the field of Real Estate Marketing, Broker Network development, Project Selling.
  • Communication and influencing skills, in person and in writing.
  • Analytical, Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

Position Profile: Facility Executive (Male)

Job Profile:

Facilities Executives are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing smooth and prompt services in our Residential, Commercial and Plotting Projects.

Responsibilities of Facility Executive:

  • Identify various regular as well as casual service providers such as Elevator(Lift), Fire safety, Electrical, Mechanical, CCTV Surveillance, Physical Security, House Keeping, Building Sanitization, Carpentry, Masonry Services, Plumbing and Glass fitting, Land-scaping Valet & Parking Services, etc.
  • Negotiating and contracting with the above said service providers.
  • Maintain log of service requests raised by residents or office owners or plot holders and ensure satisfactory resolution of the same.
  • Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security.
  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly work schedules and administering the work order system for buildings and ensuring work orders are completed on schedule.
  • Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water is well-maintained.
  • Responsible for purchasing supplies, equipments and services.
  • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage site MIS for attendance and shift records of personnel from contracted agencies.
  • Manage site MIS for service requests and resolution.
  • Manage MIS for scheduled services.
  • Manage & facilitate re-certification and inspection of elevators, fire management and other systems.
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
  • Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
  • Continually evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance procedures and programs and makes changes to improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide a program of continuous in-service training for staff and conducts monthly formal staff meetings.
  • Review employees work hours to verify accuracy and approves payroll.
  • Respond to residents’ complaints and inquiries tactfully and in a timely manner.
