Building on the success and trust earned from our first collaboration, Sahajanand Dormitory, we were honored to be awarded a second prestigious assignment by Suzuki Motors India—the Sahajanand Dormitory 2 project.

This second 3-star service apartment project is a reaffirmation of our commitment to quality construction, adherence to international standards, and timely delivery. It reflects the continued confidence Suzuki Motors places in our capabilities as a trusted infrastructure partner.

Designed once again in line with Japanese structural norms, architectural practices, and operational guidelines, Sahajanand Dormitory 2 was envisioned to expand residential facilities for Suzuki’s workforce near Becharaji, Gujarat. Every detail of the project—from materials selection to finishing—was executed with precision and care, echoing the meticulousness expected in Japanese construction culture.

The project culminated in the inauguration of Sahajanand Dormitory 2 on 6th January 2023, a proud moment that marked the beginning of another successful collaboration with one of the world’s leading automobile manufacturers.
